After an order is placed, items usually ship the same or following day after payment is cleared. Shipping to the 50 contiguous states will be via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Our shipping rates differ with the weight and amount of items purchased. This is because we strive to provide you with the most affordable option. Typically, you will be offered USPS first class, parcel post or Priority shipping, however, if you require an express service or insurance/confirmation, etc., please choose this option at the checkout.
What is the return policy?
At DC Joules, we stand by our products. In the unlikely event an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, an exchange or refund will be provided. Please contact us as soon as possible via email at email@example.com, or through the 'contact us' page on this website. You will receive a response within 48 hours. Items must be returned within 14 days of initial receipt. Once the original item is received and examined, your account will be credited. Please allow up to 3 business days.
Do you offer combined shipping?
In addition to having low shipping costs to begin with, we gladly offer combined shipping on more than one item purchased to keep your shipping costs rock bottom.

DC Joules will ship to most countries in the world. Shipping rates and times do vary from country to country based upon destination and other factors. Do products come with a warranty?
All products come with a 30 day warranty from the date of purchase.
Do you charge sales tax?
Currently, no sales tax is being charged in any state except for sales made in the District of Colombia (D.C.). All sales made in D.C. will incur a sales tax of 6%. Please note, as with all internet sales, the pending result of the Marketplace Fairness Act of 2013 may affect future sales tax in all states.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii and P.O. Boxes/APO/FPOs?
Yes, we do. Time frame for delivery will be a little longer than in the 50 contiguous states however.
